The BCF Travel Club provides peace of mind for the traveller abroad.

In response to the continuing problems of global blood-stock shortages and poor screening procedures, since 1991 the Blood Care Foundation has operated a global blood-supply network, with Regional Supply Points in more than 60 countries worldwide.

Initially the Foundation's services were only available to Corporate clients, but in November 2004 the Trustees agreed to make the services public and the BCF Travel Club was formed.

Membership to the BCF Travel Club ensures that should you encounter an emergency abroad, clean blood and plasma will be promptly delivered to wherever in the world it’s required.

In addition to emergency blood delivery, the BCF Travel Club also supplies blood-grouping kits and sterile travellers' kits. Other products are under review and will be made available when they are approved.
